We are seeking an Antitrust lawyer with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the Milan office of a top Law firm. You will ideally have trained and developed your experience within the Antitrust practice of a leading Italian or international law firm and be looking to build on that experience within a growing, internationally focused team. The opportunity The role will involve advising a broad range of clients on Italian and EU competition law matters. In particular, you will have the opportunity to gain further experience in: antitrust investigations involving restrictive agreements and alleged abuses of dominance ; merger control proceedings , including the preparation and filing of notifications before the AGCM and the European Commission ; advising on regulatory aspects of transactions and other strategic matters. Experience with Golden Power legislation and FDI screening and notification procedures would be an additional advantage. Why join us? Our Antitrust practice is expanding,
