Acting as a bridge across Sales, Business Lines, RD, and IS, the role translates business needs into actionable solutions, manages tool development, and ensures alignment across stakeholders. It also promotes continuous improvement and enables successful rollout through training and stakeholder engagement. /p h3Working model: /h3 phybrid #LI-hybrid /p pPreferred locations are Italy, Czech Republic or Poland. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead Sales Business Excellence digital tools initiatives to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction, with a primary focus on commercial platforms and technical promotion tools. /li liDefine user stories, oversee development progress, and manage testing activities.
/li liCollect and structure data from Business Lines and RD to build and maintain the databases required to support digital tools. /li liPlace strong emphasis on designing, establishing, and continuously improving the end-to-end user journey across all digital tools. /li liDefine and execute strategic roadmaps by proactively gathering feedback from stakeholders and fostering a continuous improvement mindset. /li liCollaborate with key stakeholders to shape and align strategies, translating them into actionable implementation plans. /li liAct as a key interface between Local Sales Organization, sometimes customers, and BLs ensuring alignment and effective communication. /li liCollaborate closely with IS and other ABB Divisions to align priorities, provide guidance, and support the development of digital tools. /li liPartner with the Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs and eLearning solutions. /li liLead the definition and development of dashboards to empower the organization and support informed decision-making. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of business experience with a strong commercial acumen; able to think innovatively and propose effective, value-driven solutions. /li liDemonstrated ability to design and implement robust processes and systems, fostering a high-performance culture. /li liStrong leadership and coordination skills, including coordinating geographically dispersed teams; excellent communication, networking and collaboration with an entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset. /li liHighly organized, with the ability to plan and execute workload efficiently, working both independently. /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, engineering or economics. /li liFluency in English. /li liKnowledge of ELDS portfolio and business is a plus. /li /ul pCostruire un futuro più pulito e intelligente richiede ogni tipo di mente: i curiosi, i coraggiosi e i creativi.
