Lo scopra qui sotto. /p ul liLead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives. /li liManage projects involving bFinance processes, systems and integrations /b, coordinating business and technical stakeholders. /li liCoordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments. /li liEnsure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives. /li liManage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities. /li liEnsure project activities comply with relevant bFinance, regulatory and compliance requirements /b. /li liProvide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management. /li /ul h3Your profile? /h3 ul liDegree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liAt least b5 years of experience in IT Project Management /b, with proven experience managing bFinance-related projects /b. /li liPrevious experience in bfinancial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation /b would be a plus. /li liExperience with bsystem integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects /b. /li liFluent in bItalian and English /b. /li liStrong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills,
