pFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. /ppThe resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer. /ppbr / /ppWe offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027. /ppWork area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia) /ppHybrid work position /ppbr / /ppThe post holder will: /ppbr / /pullibe accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; /liliManage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures /liliTrack and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes,



cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results; /liliCollaborate with the sales force communicating with a sched /li /ulpbr / /ppThe ideal candidate possess: /ppbr / /pulliUniversity degree or equivalent /liliProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) /liliKnowledge of SAP will is a plus /liliGood level of English /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills; /lilinterpersonal and teamwork skills; /liliAbility to adapt to new systems and procedures. /li /ulpbr / /p
