/ppstrongWhat you need to succeed at XPO /strong /ppstrongExperience Knowledge /strong /pp• At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations. /pp• Proven knowledge of the international carrier network. /pp• Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes. /ppstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pp• Fluent English, both written and spoken. /pp• Knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus. /pp• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /ppstrongIt would be great if you also have /strong /pp• Strong negotiation skills. /pp• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /pp• The ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /pp• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. /pp• A results-oriented mindset. /pp• A proactive and solution-driven approach. /pp• Ambition and a willingness to continuously improve and grow. /ppstrongWhat you will do on a typical day /strong /pp• Manage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level. /pp• Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network. /pp• Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows. /pp• Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities. /pp• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers. /pp• Assist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation. /pp• Support the FTL Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives. /ppstrongJoin Our Team and Make a Difference Today! /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /p
