This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.What you will do:Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectivesDrive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiativesLead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the regionOptimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitivenessAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunitiesBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partnersEnsure excellence in project execution and customer deliveryLead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support)Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred);
