The role involves overseeing the full payroll lifecycle, supporting employees and stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including payroll inputs, attendance data, variable compensation, absences, bonuses, benefits, payroll validation, and discrepancy resolution; /liliCoordinate with external payroll providers and labor consultants, ensuring compliance with Italian labor law, tax regulations, social security obligations, INPS, INAIL, CU, fiscal reconciliations, and CCNL requirements; /liliManage employee benefits and supplementary schemes, including healthcare and welfare programs; /liliAct as a trusted point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on payroll, compensation, and benefits-related matters; /liliMaintain accurate personnel administration records and support payroll-related reporting activities; /liliContribute to the continuous improvement, efficiency, and digitalization of HR and payroll processes; /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field; /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration and personnel management; /liliStrong knowledge of Italian payroll processes, labor law, tax, and social security regulations; /liliExperience managing different employee populations and applying multiple CCNLs, ideally including CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria; /liliHands-on experience with Zucchetti HR solutions,
