pWe are seeking - for our Engineering and Project Management segments - ab Project HSE Engineer /b to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HSE regulations and applications. /ppThe main objectives related to the role are about: /pulliSupport the PHSEM in the Project HSE Management System development throughout all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation). /liliEnsure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards. /liliEnsure compliance with local legislation in term of HSE, lifting and rigging /liliDefine the criteria and references for the development of project HSE plans and HSE Bridging Documents /liliConduct regular HSE audits and inspections to Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. /liliAssist the Project HSE Manager in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Project Risk Assessment, etc.) /liliEnsure incident reporting and investigation are properly conducted by, also, direct participation if required by the PHSEM. /liliConduct HSE audit to projects work sites and subcontractor’s premises. /liliSupport the HSE performance monitoring,



analysis and reporting toward Project and Company organizations. /liliStay up-to-date on HSE best practices. /liliProvide HSE advice and guidance to employees. /liliSupport the development of emergency preparedness and response plans. /liliPromote a positive HSE culture within the organization. /li /ulpbr/ppIn summary, the HSE Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and environmental protection of a project. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for candidates with the following characteristics: /pulliEngineering or Science Degree. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a HSE role in a complex industrial business that includes project planning and execution activities, as well as experience in working with a variety of stakeholders. /liliGood communication skills in English both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). /liliKnowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and dlg.81/2008. /liliStrong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). /li /ulpbr/ppNice to have: /pp- BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) /pp- H2S /pp- Nebosh or equivalent /ppbr/ppLocation /ppMilan (east zone) /p
