Today, all of our sites are part of this transformative journey—including our Osimo plant, proudly awarded the WCM Silver Medal in March 2024.br/We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Industrial Engineering team and play a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead industrial engineering initiatives aimed at improving productivity, flexibility, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including RD, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable process improvements. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production documentation. /li liManage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support the implementation of product and process modifications. /li liCollaborate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), FMEA and Stage Gate reviews to ensure manufacturability and process robustness. /li liDesign, review, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize ergonomics, productivity, capacity, and flexibility while reducing waste. /li liDrive Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives, identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities.
/li liPerform and validate Time Methods analyses, workstation ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization activities. /li liDefine routing, manufacturing phases, cycle times, and standard operating procedures. /li liSupport the design and implementation of material presentation systems and logistics handling standards. /li liLead Kaizen projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvement. /li liCollaborate with global and local Industrial Engineering teams to deploy best practices across the organization. /li liProvide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Management Engineering. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liAt least 5/10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment. /li liProven experience in new product industrialization and process improvement. /li liExperience in Lean Manufacturing, WCM, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs. /li liTechnical Skills /li liManufacturing Process Engineering /li liIndustrialization of New Products /li liTime Methods Analysis /li liLine Balancing /li liErgonomics Studies /li liLean Manufacturing / WCM /li liSAP (Nice to have) /li liCAD 2D/3DProcess Optimization and Capacity Planning /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
