p☕ bWe are looking for an experienced Production Planner – Coffee Industry /b /ppbr/ppbLa Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG /b is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced bProduction Planner (m/f/d) /b to strengthen our production team. /ppbr/ppOur group operates modern coffee production facilities in bFano, Bologna and Monteporzio /b, covering bcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging /b. /ppbr/ppAs we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with bat least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry /b and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production. /ppbr/ppb Your Responsibilities /b /pp• Plan and coordinate bdaily, weekly and monthly production schedules /b /pp • Align production plans with bsales forecasts, demand and inventory levels /b /pp • Coordinate production capacity across broasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines /b /pp • Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization /pp • Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow /pp • Coordinate closely with bProduction, Procurement, Logistics and Quality /b teams /pp • Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization /pp • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows /ppbr/ppb Your Profile /b /pp• bMinimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry /b /pp • Practical experience with bcoffee roasting, grinding,
