As part of our team, you can look forward to interesting work in an expanding company, where you can bring in your own ideas and make a difference. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Trade Marketing Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto! /ppThe role interfaces with EU level sales and marketing colleagues to meet Company needs related to POS materials distribution and analysis and promotional activities activation and follow up. /ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b: /ppbr/pulliSupport reporting and monitoring of POS material stock, distribution, and obsolescence to optimize inventory management and production launches. /liliAssist in data collection and analysis for POS and merchandising materials demand planning. /liliSupport POS material master data creation and maintenance. /liliProvide support in preparing comprehensive reports on the profitability of POS/shop-in-shop materials, conducting in-depth analyses of the impact on overall sales performance, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making processes. /liliSupport promotional activities: collaborate in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing sales and brand visibility.



Contribute to the creation of promotional in-store materials and assist in reporting to track campaigns performances. /liliAssist in the development and execution of the B2B newsletter plan, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with key messaging objectives and promotional strategies, while also tracking engagement metrics to optimize future newsletter campaigns. /liliAssist with administrative duties such as uploading trade marketing Purchase Orders in SAP, managing documents, and maintaining databases related to trade marketing activities and budget. /li /ulpbr/ppbSKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: /b /ppbr/pulliBusiness level proficiency in English /liliProficiency in any other language is apreciated /liliAnalytical and fact-based approach for problem solving /liliAble to work in a fast paced and cross-functional working environment /liliGood knowledge of Excel /liliAny previous experience in using SAP is appreciated /li /ulpbr/ppWe are looking for a flexible, team-oriented person, capable to adapt to a multinational context, always dynamic and fast changing. /ppbr/ppbReimbursement: /b €700 + free access to the company canteen /ppbr/ppbr/ppCurious about our values?
