Our expertise covers energy management, renewable energy integration, and support in mergers and acquisitions processes, ensuring seamless transitions and operational excellence. /ppTecnimont Services is looking for ab Proposal Manager /b to be placed within the Commercial function. Reporting to the head of Commercial, He/She will be responsible for the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the Invitation to Bid requirements and the execution strategy defined with the Company management. /ppHe/She will lead the proposal team from the initial phase of the proposal up to the final negotiation with the Client and, in case of award, He/she will prepare the handover package to the operating team. /ppbKey Activities Responsibilities: /b /pulliTo define the proposal budget; /liliTo analyze the ITB technical and commercial documentation and prepare the proposal execution plan and proposal schedule; /liliTo lead, with the support of the estimating department, engineering,



procurement and construction estimating activities with the aim of guaranteeing the best level of competitiveness of the commercial proposal; /liliTo coordinate the technical departments to prepare the technical proposal in accordance with the ITB requirement and in accordance with Tecnimont Services procedures and quality manuals; /liliTo coordinate the corporate functions in order to define the best vehicle (branch, company) to sign and execute the project; /liliTo coordinate the corporate functions to prepare the comments to the draft of the Contract included in the ITB; /liliTo present for approval the proposal summary and the cost/revenue summary to the Head of Commercial before submission of the commercial proposal to the Client; /liliTo lead the technical and contractual negotiations with the Client; /liliIn case of award, to prepare the handover package to Operation. /li /ulpbDesired Skills: /b /pulliAt least 10 years experience in a similar position in EPC companies; /liliFluent in English, other language is a plus (French, Spanish); /liliPro-active mentality and attitude and “think out of the box” approach; /liliStrong business judgment supported by strong analytics, not limited to technical mindset; /liliStrong and decisive leadership, combined with the right energy and resilience to deliver results; /liliAvailability to travel in Italy and abroad. /li /ulpbContract Type and Employment Level: /b /pulliContract Type: Permanent contract /liliApplicable Collective Agreement: National Collective Labor Agreement for the Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical sector (identification code B011) /liliJob Level: Middle Management Level (Quadro) /li /ulpbCompensation Package: /b /ppFor the position in question, the initial gross annual salary, payable over 14 monthly installments, will amount to € 80.000.
