Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. /p h3NTT is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, delivering a key strategic service for a major international client in the automotive industry. /h3 pThe Network Engineer will be involved in service delivery activities related to the Italian site and will work closely with our global team to ensure the effective and continuous operation of the service, meeting agreed SLAs and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. /p pThe Network Engineer will be responsible for managing the local service from Monday to Friday and will be required to provide on-call support outside normal business hours to handle any incidents requiring immediate intervention at the customer site. /p h3As Networking Engineer involved in this managed service NTT team , your main responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liDaily Onsite Service; /li liStandard Changes (AP, Switch, etc. add, move, uninstall)



including configuration and handover to Operations; /li liLocal troubleshooting including configuration; /li liBreak Fix support; /li liMajor Change support; /li liLocal spare parts management; /li liPerformance testing support; /li liPerformance tuning and optimization support; /li liEquipment Configuration Cleaning and Hardening support; /li liBackup / DR testing support; /li liReporting; /li liEscalating unresolved issues to Central NOC. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role we require: /h3 ul liStrong communication and customer service skills; /li liTeam working and collaborative approach; /li liEager to learn; /li liGood understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP); /li liFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow); /li liAbility to follow scripts and documented procedures; /li liConfidence in troubleshooting of hardware/software; /li liA minimum of experience in service delivery (6-12 months); /li liFluent in Italian; /li liAble to work in international environment using English language (speaking and writing); /li liAvailability for on-call duty. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pModena /p h3Workplace type /h3 pOn-site Working /p h3About NTT DATA /h3 pNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune /p pGlobal 100.
