The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build and consolidate Genteel Home’s project in Rome from its early stages, with a long-term growth vision. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat Will Be Your Mission? /strong /ppLead Genteel Home’s development in Rome and the surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation and consolidation of our operations in the city. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliDefine and drive Genteel Home’s development strategy in Rome. /liliIdentify and assess new business and expansion opportunities in the local market. /liliLead the acquisition and negotiation of agreements with property owners, investors, and strategic partners. /liliAnalyse the economic and strategic viability of new opportunities and projects. /liliOversee the implementation and opening processes of new operations. /liliContinuously analyse the local market, competition, and industry trends. /liliDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, investors, collaborators, and other relevant market stakeholders.
