La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG
is expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experienced
Production Planner (m/f/d)
to strengthen our production team.
Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in
Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio , covering
coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging .
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with
at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry
and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.
Your Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate
daily, weekly and monthly production schedules • Align production plans with
sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels • Coordinate production capacity across
roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines • Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization • Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow • Coordinate closely with
Production, Procurement, Logistics and Quality
teams • Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows
Your Profile •
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry • Practical experience with
coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging • Strong understanding of
industrial coffee manufacturing processes • Experience with
ERP, MRP or production planning systems • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach • Ability to manage and coordinate
complex, multi-line production environments • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments Experience in companies such as
Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet’s, Caffè Vergnano
or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage. xpavfwm
