H26/168 /h3 h3The role /h3 pThe Group Chief Accounting plays a key role in ensuring that accounting activities across all Group companies operate effectively and consistently. In particular, the selected candidate will be involved in the following activities: /p ul liBe responsible for Consolidated Financial Statements and monthly reporting packages. /li liBe responsible for Yearly Financial Statements of the Group Financial Statement package. /li liBe in charge for the completion and circulation of the Accounting Principles and Procedures. /li liMake Company Accounting reliable, auditable and careful of the risk factors and ensure the correct implementation of the Group accounting system. /li liSupport the creation of accounting strategies to maximize profits. /li liOversee General Ledger functions; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices. /li liPut in place financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance. /li liAct as a liaison to external auditing firms,



while owning primary responsibility for the Company’s views on technical accounting matters. /li liCollaborate with FPA to improve reporting quality and with Tax to improve accounting treatment of Taxes. /li liCoordinate the European Administrative Shared Service Center and Be the focal point for tax matters both internally and externally. /li liManage Group direct and indirect tax compliance for multiple tax jurisdictions through liaison with internal finance teams and external advisor. /li liManage relationships with Italian tax agency, supported by external advisors. /li liTake responsibility for the Group Transfer Pricing policy including support to the business with implementation. /li liPrepare Group IFRS tax provisions for group audit and tax forecasting. /li liReview local Tax returns and verify the respect of due dates (supported by local consultant). /li liAnalyze and manage the government incentive system including 4.0 industry. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields. /li liAt least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, with increasing responsibilities. /li liExperience in multinational or complex organizational environments is strongly preferred. /li liSolid knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and Group reporting processes. /li liFluency in English; a second language is considered a plus. /li /ul pThe compensation package includes access to a company-sponsored car rental scheme. /p pHuman Value garantisce la pari possibilità (L. 903/77).
