Your new responsibilities
Company‑wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments
Lead design of high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits
Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
~15+ years analog IC design experience
~ Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front‑end requirements; Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic‑aware design analysis
~ Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD‑SOI, is required
