ppResponsible for the delivery of the project during Construction phase and until commissioning and project hand-over. /ppHe/she will be supported by a site-based team, be the main point of contact for all day-to-day activities and work in close collaboration with Cleint’s PM. In brief: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and maintain a Project Execution Plan identifying roles and responsibilities of the project team, the Contractor and specialist sub-contractors and suppliers, /liliEstablish all required procedures and processes, incl quality, communication plans, risk registers, change management, reporting, workflows etc. /liliBe the liaison between all project’s stakeholders and community members. /liliMonitor the performance of the consultant team, Contractor and Client’s vendors and report to Client. /liliUndertake regular site walks to supervise, promote and observe safety and progress. Report and track any corrective actions through to timely completion. /liliSet up, chair and minute project site meetings as may be required. /liliManage the PMC construction team and its needs on the grounds. /liliThrough appropriate channels,



and along with Client will liaise with utility, local and statutory authorities to establish their requirements for the Project. /liliBuilding and running project timelines, QA/QC plans, and risk strategies /liliCoordinating tender processes (RFPs, evaluations, negotiations) /liliManaging budgets, purchase orders, and cost control /liliKeeping projects on track with digital tools and lessons-learned reviews /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullib2-4 years’ project management experience /b (infrastructure or critical facilities a plus) /liliBackground in belectrical, mechanical, or fire protection systems /b (helpful, not essential) /liliExperience in blive operational environments /b (premio if in data centers) /liliStrong bcommunication and stakeholder skills /b /liliA proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently /li /ulpbPackage: /bThe Company offers a competitive remuneration package and possibilities of career development within a dynamic working environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
