pbr/ppAre you an experienced recruiter based in Italy looking for a flexible freelance opportunity you can manage alongside your existing projects? /ppWorkster is expanding its international freelance recruitment network and is looking for Italian-speaking recruiters who already know how to source, engage and convert candidates. /ppThis is a fully remote, commission-based freelance collaboration with complete flexibility over your working schedule. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do /b /ppbr/pp• Source candidates for active vacancies across Europe and international markets /pp• Identify the right candidates for the right opportunities and effectively present the role to them /pp• Engage, qualify and introduce suitable candidates for our clients' selection processes /pp• Build and manage your own candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media,
