ppOur Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their Product Industrialization Department, they're looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Software Product Integration /ph3Posizione: /h3pThe successful candidate will join the 4th Level Technical Support team and act as the technical interface between field service organizations and software development teams. /ppThe role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, log analysis capabilities, and continuous collaboration with international development teams. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliManage 4th-level software escalations. /liliAnalyze and resolve software and system-related issues. /liliPerform analysis of logs, events, and operational anomalies. /liliSupport integration activities with customer infrastructures and systems. /liliCollaborate with software development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. /liliValidate new software and firmware releases. /liliCreate and maintain technical documentation related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
