pHere at Dimov Tax we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bJunior Tax Accountant / Data Entry /bSpecialist to support our tax preparation team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and organizing client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, maintaining confidential records, and assisting tax professionals with administrative and data processing tasks during tax season and throughout the year. /ppThe ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage sensitive financial information with accuracy and professionalism. /ppbr/ppbResponsabilities /b /pulliEnter client tax documents and financial information into Intuit ProConnect Tax accurately and efficiently. /liliReview client documentation for completeness and identify missing information. /liliOrganize and maintain electronic tax files and supporting documents. /liliVerify data accuracy before submission to senior tax preparers or accountants. /liliAssist with importing, scanning, and categorizing tax documents. /liliCommunicate with team members regarding missing or inconsistent client information. /liliFollow established tax office procedures and data security protocols. /liliSupport tax professionals with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.



/liliMaintain confidentiality of all client financial and personal information. /liliMeet productivity and accuracy standards during high-volume tax periods. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliHigh school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. /liliBasic understanding of accounting or tax concepts. /liliExperience with data entry or administrative work preferred. /liliFamiliarity with Intuit ProConnect Tax or other tax software is a plus. /liliStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and document management systems. /liliExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills. /liliAbility to work independently and manage deadlines. /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills. /liliAbility to handle confidential information professionally. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Skills /b /pulliFast and accurate typing/data entry skills. /liliAbility to review documents carefully for discrepancies. /liliExperience working in a tax office, bookkeeping firm, or accounting environment preferred. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork Environment /b /pulliRemote. /liliCollaborative team environment with opportunities for growth in accounting and tax preparation. /li /ul
