pChange Manager – D365 /ppbLocation: /b Italy / Hybrid /ppbDuration: /b 6 months /ppbr/ppWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as part of a global rollout programme. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead change impact assessments and business readiness activities. /liliDevelop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans. /liliManage readiness, adoption and change governance activities. /liliTrack risks, gaps, communications and training progress. /liliWork closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional leads. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. /li /ulpbr/ppbEssential Requirements /b /pulliProven Change Manager experience on D365, ERP or major transformation programmes. /liliStrong experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training and readiness. /liliFluent Italian is Critical and mandatory – both written and spoken. /liliStrong English communication skills. /liliExperience working with stakeholders in the Italian market. /liliStrong communication, influencing and analytical skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbDesirable: /b D365 Finance Operations experience and Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global D365 rollout, supporting the successful adoption and readiness of the Italian business. /ppbr/ppIf you are a fluent Italian and English-speaking Change Manager with strong D365/ERP experience, we would love to hear from you. /p
