Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership
Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs
Drive technical decision-making across organizations




Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation
Interface with customers, partners and senior management
Align technology strategy with business objectives
Mentor project leaders and senior engineers
~ MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
~15+ years semiconductor development experience
~ Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
~ Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation
~ Product development lifecycle
~ Risk and stakeholder management
~ Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
