The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, change request implementation, and continuous process improvements for the Order-to-Cash business processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbAMS Support Activities /b /pulliProvide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes. /liliAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines. /liliPerform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. /liliSupport business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities. /liliMonitor application performance and proactively identify process improvements. /li /ulpbFunctional Expertise /b /pulliManage end-to-end O2C processes including: /liliCustomer Master Data /liliInquiry and Quotation Management /liliSales Order Processing /liliPricing Discounts /liliAvailability Check (ATP) /liliDelivery Processing /liliTransportation Shipping /liliBilling and Invoicing /liliReturns Management /liliCredit Management /liliIntercompany Sales /liliSupport integration with MM,
FI WM systems. /liliConfigure and maintain SAP SD/O2C functionalities in S/4HANA. /li /ulpbChange Enhancement Management /b /pulliGather and analyze business requirements. /liliPrepare Functional Specifications for developments and enhancements. /liliSupport testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. /liliCoordinate transport management and production deployments. /liliSupport SAP release upgrades and system enhancements. /li /ulpbStakeholder Management /b /pulliCollaborate with local and global business teams. /liliConduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation. /liliParticipate in governance meetings and provide status reports. /li /ulpbRequired Skills Qualifications /b /ppbMandatory Skills /b /pulli10+ years of SAP SD/O2C consulting experience. /liliMinimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience. /liliStrong knowledge of: /liliSales Order Management /liliPricing Procedures /liliDelivery Shipping /liliBilling Invoicing /liliCredit Management /liliReturns Processing /liliCustomer Master Data /liliExperience in AMS/Support projects. /liliStrong issue-resolution capabilities. /liliExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. /liliKnowledge of integration with FI, MM, and WM. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulpbPreferred Skills /b /pulliExperience with SAP Fiori applications. /liliUnderstanding of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and APIs. /liliExposure to SAP GTS. /liliSAP S/4HANA certification is desirable. /li /ulpbr/p
