Role Overview
Looking to expand your career in Portugal? We are hiring customer-centric Italian speakers for our multicultural team in Lisbon. Serving as the primary contact for Italian clients, you will resolve user issues via phone, email, and live messaging. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Answer incoming Italian client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels with a courteous, professional tone.
- Problem Solving: Identify client issues, diagnose underlying problems, and provide quick, personalized solutions.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ticket progress, and solutions inside internal CRM systems.
- Performance Goals: Consistently achieve team metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training modules to keep up with product upgrades, internal policies, and daily procedures.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1/C2 level in Italian (oral and written); at least B2 level in English for internal workplace communication, instruction, and system use.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a fully flexible, rotating 24/7 schedule.
- Presence:
Must work on-site at our Lisbon workspace.
- Legal Status: EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or an existing Portuguese work permit.
- Key Strengths: Excellent communication, active listening skills, composure under stress, and a constructive approach to challenges.
Compensation Plans

- Gross Monthly Base: €1,262.33 (paid across 12 months)
- Housing: Self-sourced accommodation
- Best Suited For: Local Lisbon residents or candidates managing their own living arrangement
- Option B: Relocation Offer (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)
- Gross Monthly Base: €1,059.00 (paid across 12 months)
- Housing Included: Private room in a shared corporate flat, with all core utility bills fully covered
- Travel Assistance: Inbound flight cost reimbursement after completing the trial period, plus airport transfer service
