Working closely with the European Director of Legal and experienced colleagues across Europe, you#39;ll support a variety of legal and commercial activities, helping business teams navigate contractual, compliance, and operational matters. /ppbr / /ppYou#39;ll gain hands-on exposure to: /pulliCommercial contracts and customer agreements /liliTender and RFP processes /liliContract management and governance /liliData privacy and regulatory compliance /liliCross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Services, and Legal teams /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYour Role /strong /ppAs Legal Counsel, you will provide practical day-to-day legal support to teams across Europe, helping ensure contracts and business activities are managed effectively and in line with company policies. You#39;ll assist with reviewing agreements, identifying potential risks, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to successful commercial outcomes. /ppAlong the way, you#39;ll develop your understanding of how legal advice supports business growth within a fast-paced technology organisation. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongCommercial Contracts /strong /pulliReview, draft, and support the negotiation of customer, supplier, and partner agreements.
/liliAssist sales and services teams with contractual queries and commercial matters. /liliSupport the preparation and amendment of standard contract templates. /liliHelp identify legal and commercial risks and escalate matters when appropriate. /liliWork with Legal colleagues across Europe on more complex contractual matters. /li /ulpstrongRFP and Tender Support /strong /pulliSupport responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions. /liliCoordinate information from internal stakeholders to help prepare high-quality responses. /liliMaintain and update standard legal and compliance responses used in tender processes. /liliAssist with contract reviews associated with new business opportunities. /li /ulpstrongCompliance and Legal Operations /strong /pulliSupport contract management and governance processes. /liliHelp ensure contracts follow internal approval and documentation requirements. /liliAssist with compliance activities relating to areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and other applicable regulatory requirements. /liliContribute to the ongoing improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge resources. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWho We#39;re Looking For /strong /ppstrongSkills Competencies /strong /pulliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliGood attention to detail and organisational skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. /liliA proactive approach and willingness to learn. /liliConfidence collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliComfortable working in a dynamic, technology-focused business environment. /liliA positive and collaborative team mindset. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongExperience Qualifications /strong /pulliQualified lawyer or legal professional with some experience in commercial law, either in private practice or an in-house environment. /liliExperience reviewing, drafting,
