The General Manager provides leadership, vision and strategic direction to continuously raise service standards, ensuring an elevated guest experience and strong financial performance, while retaining full operational autonomy and upholding the exacting quality standards required by the LHW, in line with the Group’s values — Italian Taste, Biophilic Design, Sustainability, People. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbLeadership Culture /b /pulliActs as a role model for the team, embodying the Group's values — Italian Taste, Biophilic Design, Sustainability, People — and the personalised service philosophy typical of the LHW network. /liliProvides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to the team, ensuring full delivery of the Group's brand, values and vision, and creating an outstanding experience for guests and colleagues. /liliSteers the management team in the right direction, driving it to perform at its highest level, including the achievement of stated operational and profitability goals. /liliMaintains an image of professional senior management towards guests, colleagues and the property. /li /ulpbOperations Quality Standards /b /pulliOversees and manages all aspects of the property,



ensuring the whole team strictly adheres to the policies and Standard Operating Procedures set by the property and Corporate/HQ. /liliIs responsible for establishing and executing sustainable operating initiatives across all functions, in line with the business direction and the Group's Sustainability pillar. /liliRecognises the importance of LHW's Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and coordinates with the Training Manager to implement the initiatives needed to ensure strict compliance and deliver stellar audit performance. /li /ulpbFinancial Commercial Performance /b /pulliMaintains a strategic overview and plans ahead to capitalise on all available revenue-generating opportunities. /liliDirects the development and execution of strategic sales, marketing and revenue management initiatives to maximise market positioning, leveraging the LHW network. /liliReviews and approves the property's annual operating budget. /liliMonitors the property's performance through internal and external audits and financial reports, proposing initiatives to address challenges and enhance business performance. /li /ulpbPeople Stakeholders /b /pulliIs a member of the property's Executive Committee and contributes to the preparation and development of the property's strategic and business plan. /liliServes as a key change manager for initiatives with high colleague impact, staying current with ever-changing industry trends. /liliAttends owners' meetings as a member of the property's Executive Committee,



providing context on performance results and demonstrating a clear understanding of owner priorities and of Corporate/HQ. /liliMaintains a smooth flow of information between the property and Corporate/HQ. /liliTakes part in all interview processes to ensure the best selection of talent for the organisation. /liliProvides effective performance feedback through recognition, rewards and, when necessary, disciplinary action, with the support of Human Resources. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration; a degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management is preferred. /lili8-10+ years of progressive managerial experience in luxury/upper-upscale hotels, ideally in an urban setting, including at least 3-5 years as General Manager. /liliPrior experience in a hotel affiliated with an international consortium or brand (e.g. LHW or similar) is a strong plus. /liliBusiness-savvy leader with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record of strong PL results. /liliFluent Italian and English, written and spoken; a third language (French or German) is a plus. /liliA genuine flair for personalised service and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury market. /liliStrong strategic decision-making, with a proven track record in guest satisfaction, operational excellence and team engagement. /liliAn effective communicator, able to motivate and positively influence colleagues. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Skills /b /pulliExperience in managing luxury hotel operations. /liliStrong networking skills within the hospitality industry. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /pulliThe opportunity to join a fast-growing Italian upper-upscale hotel group, with 17 properties across Sicily and Sardinia. /liliExposure to a global network of independent luxury hotels and its standards of excellence. /liliA workplace built on Italian Taste, Biophilic Design, Sustainability and People. /li /ulpbr/p
