ppTecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated EC solutions with a presence in multiple countries, is an established powerhouse in the realm of innovative engineering and construction services, crafting the infrastructure for tomorrow's world. /p pTecnimont is seeking bElectrical Materials Work Quantities Estimating Management Engineer /bto join our team in Catania. /p pThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing integrated solutions for complex plants designed to provide access to the latest technologies in our large-scale projects worldwide. /p pIf you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in reducing the carbon footprint of industrial operations, we encourage you to apply. /p pWith a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /p pTo learn more about Tecnimont: Tecnimont - Official Website | Tecnimont /p h3Mission /h3 pThe engineer supports all electrical engineering activities related to the estimation of electrical systems associated with the plants offered by the company, ensuring the issuance of studies, drawings, and documentation required to evaluate supplies and installation works. /p pFor ongoing projects, they are responsible for performing current estimates of installation works and provide support in the preparation of Work Requisitions, ensuring compliance with company methodologies and standards. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure the quality of the prepared documentation in compliance with project contractual requirements, assigned budget, and project schedule; /li liPrepare and maintain an updated archive of historical technical and commercial data relevant to the group’s activities; /li liUpdate the standard construction work specifications within the discipline and related documentation (Code Lists, Measurement Methods, Special Contract Conditions, etc.), coordinating with Construction, Subcontracting departments, and corresponding technical departments to ensure consistency with other contractual documentation (General Contract Conditions, Management Specifications,



etc.); /li liSupport the Project Leader in both execution projects and tendering phases by issuing construction work specifications related to the discipline; /li liPerform, under supervision, verification of installation quantities associated with construction works within the discipline; /li liSupport Construction and Subcontracting teams, in coordination with the Discipline Project Leader, according to project needs; /li liSupport the Estimating team, in coordination with the Discipline Project Leader, according to tender requirements; /li liContribute to the implementation and continuous update of standards, procedures, and work methodologies related to installation activities within the discipline; /li liParticipate in technical training as required by the department and the company, and exchange experience with colleagues across the Maire Tecnimont Group for the application of design techniques; /li liMonitor market developments and state-of-the-art technologies to provide technical evaluations of new products, technologies, workflows, applications, and related aspects. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Skills: /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Electrical Engineering; /li liAt least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within engineering companies (petrochemical, oil gas, energy sectors); /li liGood knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office package; /li liExperience working in international and distributed engineering teams; /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; /li liWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad for short or long periods. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pCatania /p h3Contract Type and Classification: /h3 pContract type: Permanent Applicable collective agreement (NCLC):



Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /p pJob classification level: White Collar, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /p h3Compensation: /h3 pThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be 42,920.92€ /p pThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
