We#39;re looking to speak with experienced strongScrum Masters /strong who are passionate about coaching teams, driving Agile best practice, and delivering measurable outcomes. /ppbr / /ppThis is a fully remote opportunity, requiring strongfluent Italian /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppAs Scrum Master, you#39;ll work across strongtwo Agile teams in parallel /strong, acting as a servant leader and Agile coach to help teams maximise their performance and delivery. You#39;ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and management, ensuring Agile principles are embedded while supporting continuous improvement across people, processes, and delivery. /ppYou#39;ll play a key role in developing team capability, removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and adapting Agile practices where appropriate to best support project outcomes. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. /liliSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation. /liliCoach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement. /liliHelp establish and develop new Agile teams, increasing their capability and maturity over time. /liliIdentify, manage and remove impediments impacting delivery. /liliWork across two delivery teams simultaneously. /liliBuild strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management. /liliProtect teams from external pressures while maintaining delivery commitments. /liliIntroduce appropriate improvements to Agile processes where they add value. /liliDefine, monitor and report on Agile and team performance KPIs. /liliEnsure agreed Agile standards,
processes and governance are consistently applied. /liliPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. /liliProvide regular progress reporting to stakeholders. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We#39;re Looking For /strong /pulliFluent Italian speaker with fluent communication skills. /liliMinimum of strong4 years#39; proven experience /strong as a Scrum Master within complex organisations. /liliExperience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously. /liliExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. /liliStrong coaching and mentoring ability, with a genuine passion for developing team capability. /liliExperience helping establish new teams and improving Agile maturity. /liliAbility to balance operational delivery with cultural and process improvement initiatives. /liliStrong conflict resolution, communication and facilitation skills. /liliDelivery-focused mindset with experience using KPIs to measure team performance. /liliExcellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Kanban. /liliExperience using Jira. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongDesirable Experience /strong /pulliPrevious experience within the banking or wider financial services sector. /liliKnowledge of Lean Agile Portfolio Management frameworks. /liliScrum Master certification (desirable but not essential). /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongInterview Focus /strong /ppstrongCandidates should be prepared to discuss practical examples including: /strong /pulliHow they approach setting up a brand-new Agile team. /liliHow they coach teams through periods of high workload and delivery pressure. /liliHow they protect delivery teams when conflicting priorities are introduced by senior stakeholders. /liliExamples of increasing team capability through coaching and servant leadership. /liliHow they have adapted Scrum practices to better support project delivery while remaining true to Agile principles. /li /ulpbr / /pp Interested?
