You#39;ll work across production, logistics, inventory, sales support, marketing, partnerships and operations to help keep the business running smoothly. /ppbr / /ppWorking closely with the founders, you#39;ll help coordinate the day-to-day activities of AVAU while also being directly involved in the execution of operational tasks. As the company grows, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a broader Operations Management position. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliCoordinate day-to-day operations across the business. /liliProcess customer and distributor orders accurately and efficiently. /liliMonitor inventory levels and support stock planning. /liliCoordinate production timelines and follow up with manufacturing partners. /liliCoordinate logistics, warehouse activities and international shipments. /liliMaintain operational reports, sales statistics and Excel-based tracking tools. /liliManage and monitor cross-functional projects from planning to execution. /liliCoordinate activities across production, logistics, marketing and external partners. /liliOrganize priorities, timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time. /liliFacilitate communication across teams and stakeholders. /liliCoordinate relationships with suppliers, distributors, agencies and external partners. /liliTrack ongoing initiatives and ensure clear ownership and follow-through. /liliIdentify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive practical solutions.
