Leveraging advanced expertise in automation, intelligent logistics, and data-driven operations, we deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that help businesses grow while enhancing customer experience. /ppbr / /ppThe Mission Core Scope /pollistrongThe Mission: /strong Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters. /lilistrongThe Scope: /strong You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (emCCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione /em). /li /olpbr / /ppCrucial Expectations Performance Targets /ppTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /pollistrongCross-Departmental Shift Throughput: /strong Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch. /lilistrongCross-Border Communication Bridge: /strong Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Italian warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams. /lilistrongProcess Standardization SOP Enforcement:



/strong Ensure 100% adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time. /lilistrongFloor Leadership Safety: /strong Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to Italian workplace health and safety laws (emD.Lgs. 81/08 /em). /li /olpbr / /ppPosition Requirements /pollistrongHigh-Velocity Logistics Competence: /strong Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. /lilistrongMandarin Language Mastery: /strong Professional fluency in strongMandarin, Italian, and English /strong is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and global HQ. /lilistrongSystems WMS Literacy: /strong Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure. /lilistrongOperational Flexibility: /strong High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch. /li /olpbr / /ppDiversity Inclusion /ppAt JD Logistics, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
