Additioanally, the person will work closely with the Project Development team, engineering consultants, grid operators and public authorities to ensure that projects are technically robust and fully aligned with the applicable regulatory framework. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliContribute to the definition and implementation of the engineering strategy supporting the company#39;s Solar PV, Wind and BESS development pipeline. /liliProvide technical leadership throughout the development process, ensuring engineering quality, consistency and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. /liliDevelop, implement and continuously improve technical standards, engineering guidelines and design criteria across the Italian development portfolio. /liliIdentify technical risks and opportunities, developing practical engineering solutions that enhance project bankability, constructability and long-term performance. /liliSupport strategic investment decisions by providing robust technical assessments and engineering recommendations. /liliContribute to portfolio optimization through continuous evaluation of technical solutions, project layouts and design assumptions.

/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEngineering Execution /strong /pulliLead and coordinate engineering activities throughout all stages of project development. /liliReview and challenge engineering deliverables prepared by internal teams, external consultants and development partners. /liliReview and optimize project layouts to maximize energy yield, installed capacity, permitting success and overall project value. /liliReview and validate Yield Assessments and other technical analyses using industry-standard engineering software. /liliCoordinate technical site investigations, engineering studies and multidisciplinary assessments required to advance projects through internal development milestones. /liliSupport technical due diligence activities associated with investment approvals and project acquisitions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongGrid Connection Technical Stakeholder Management /strong /pulliDefine and coordinate grid connection strategies for new development projects. /liliManage technical interactions and communications with TSOs, DSOs and relevant public authorities throughout the grid connection process. /liliRepresent the company during technical discussions, connection procedures and working groups with external stakeholders. /liliOversee the preparation, review and submission of technical documentation supporting grid connection applications. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechnical Coordination /strong /pulliAct as the primary technical interface between Project Development, engineering consultants,

technology providers and specialist advisors throughout the development lifecycle. /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across internal teams and external technical consultants. /liliEnsure timely delivery of engineering studies and technical documentation required to advance projects through the development process. /liliSupport the technical evaluation of alternative engineering solutions, project optimizations and value engineering initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliMaster#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. /liliProven experience in the engineering and development of utility-scale renewable energy projects. /liliDemonstrated track record supporting Solar PV, Wind and BESS projects through development up to Final Investment Decision (FID). /liliStrong understanding of Italian permitting processes, grid connection procedures and engineering standards applicable to renewable energy projects. /liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering consultants and technical workstreams throughout project development. /liliExperience supporting technical due diligence, project optimization and investment decision-making. /liliExperience with hydrogen and/or Power-to-X projects will be considered an advantage. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat do we offer /strong /pulliFlexible environment with 3 working days in the Milan#39;s office and 2 from home /liliSolid career path towards managing a team of people reporting to this person /liliCompetitive base salary + premio /liliInternational environment /liliFlexible working hours /liliPossibility to work with the best leaders in the sector /li /ul
