We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.Responsibilities•
Oversee CSA Works – Supervise daily civil, structural and architectural activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications on a fast-paced data centre project.

Coordinate Trades & Subcontractors – Manage subcontractor teams on site, driving progress,
resolving interface issues, and maintaining smooth collaboration between disciplines (CSA, MEP, fit-out).

Monitor Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong health & safety culture, enforcing company procedures and Italian construction regulations across all CSA activities.

Programme & Progress Control – Track and report on schedule performance, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, flagging risks, and supporting the project manager in recovery planning where needed. xysqume

Quality Assurance & Documentation – Conduct inspections, verify materials, maintain records, and ensure works comply with ISO standards, client specifications, and data centre quality benchmarks.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
