pChef de partie /ppbThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection /b /ppbr/ppThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you! /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppThe Chef de Partie will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /ppbr/pulliPrepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes. /liliManage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes. /liliCollaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service. /liliMonitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders. /liliMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. /liliTrain and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.
/liliParticipate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas. /liliAssist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills: /b /ppbr/ppTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: /ppbr/pulliChef de Partie experience in Hotel of same category. /liliExcellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated. /liliExperience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area. /liliCalm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred. /liliProficiency in Selz PMS Systems required. /li /ulpbr/p
