You will lead and oversee all planning and scheduling activities to ensure an excellent level of efficiency in our operations, whilst also optimising workflow and enhancing productivity. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou will create and implement planning strategies based on solid data analysis, working cross-functionally extensively so to optimise our processes in order to meet our customers’ demands, production and organisational goals. /liliBoasting a hands-on and fully operational approach, as well as a solid understanding of specific markets, products and customer peculiarities, you will define forecasts and demand plans for our business lines on multiple time horizons and at multiple levels.
/liliMoreover, you will develop and implement solid inventory allocation strategies, so to maximise inventory placement, sales and customer experience. /liliAs an experienced manager, you will lead, coach and guide an international team of professionals, taking on the responsibility of their training as well as performance management. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Requirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliIn-depth knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience in working with Demand Planning principles, Inventory Management best practices and Production Planning. /liliSolid international experience within complex product focused environments and used to working with a very high number of SKUs. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging and international stakeholders so to align them on business needs and actionable plans will be a must-have. /liliPrevious experience in managing a team, supporting them to grow, developing their skillsets as well as managing their performance. /liliPrevious experience in managing Demand System implementation projects or acting as a Key User for such systems will be greatly beneficial (i.e. SO99+ or similar). /liliPrevious experience in Digital Transformation projects will be considered a plus. /liliFluency in English is a must-have. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Information /strong /ppstrongLocation /strong – Asolo (On site) /ppCompensation Package - From €80,000 (Depending on experience) /p
