Se è protetto/a di possedere le giuste competenze ed esperienze, si candidi oggi stesso. /p pAn international company operating in the freight forwarding and international logistics industry is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Operations Supervisor to join its team in the United States. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and is interested and available to relocate to the United States. /p pThe ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in ocean export operations, preferably within a freight forwarding company or NVOCC, and will have progressed from a hands-on operational role into a position involving team coordination and supervision. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise day-to-day ocean export operations. /li liEnsure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time, in line with company procedures and customer requirements. /li liOversee the preparation and management of export documentation. /li liIdentify and resolve operational issues throughout the shipping process.



/li liMonitor activities to ensure a consistently high level of customer service. /li liLead, support, and develop the operations team. /li liWork closely with customers, vendors, ocean carriers, agents, and internal teams. /li liProvide hands-on support in complex or critical situations and step in directly when needed. /li liIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve processes and service quality. /li liThe responsibilities described above are not intended to be exhaustive and may be subject to change based on business needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5-10 years of experience in ocean export operations within the freight forwarding / international logistics industry. /li liExperience with a freight forwarding company or NVOCC. /li liStrong hands-on knowledge of ocean export processes and related documentation. /li liCareer progression from an operational role into a position with team leadership or supervisory responsibilities. /li liPrevious experience coordinating, leading, or supervising an operations team. /li liProven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make timely decisions. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liCustomer- and service-oriented mindset. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
