Gather and formalize business and functional requirements, translating client needs into actionable process improvement roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions; /p /lilipContribute to the design and implementation of AI use cases aimed at improving process efficiency, strengthening controls, reducing manual activities, and enhancing decision-making; /p /lilipWork closely with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders to ensure that process transformation initiatives are aligned with governance, regulatory, and internal control requirements; /p /lilipSupport the execution of diagnostic assessments, gap analyses, and target operating model designs in the context of business transformation and innovation programs; /p /lilipContribute to project delivery across the full lifecycle, from current-state analysis and solution design to implementation support, testing, go-live, and change management; /p /lilipMentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal methodologies, assets, and thought leadership on AI-driven process transformation; /p /lilipBuild bBusiness Intelligence /b and Advanced Analytics solutions for dynamic reporting, risk monitoring dashboards,



and early warning systems; /p /lilipInteract with clients and all stakeholders involved in the projects, presenting results and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively. /p /li /ulp**What you need to have:** br/ /pullipMaster’s degree or higher in Management or Industrial Engineering, with excellent academic results; /p /lilipProven experience in consulting projects with proven expertise in the following areas: /p /li /ulpbWhat makes you stand out: /b /pullipExperience in AI transformation projects with a specific focus on process optimization, redesign, governance, and adoption /p /lilipKnowledge of LLM models: prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration of AI agents and copilots, evaluation of model performance, and application of guardrails and governance mechanisms to ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance in business processes /p /lilipExperience in internal controls, internal audit, compliance, or assurance-related projects, as well as familiarity with the most widely used risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO Framework), with the ability to connect process reengineering initiatives to control frameworks and verification needs /p /lilipKnowledge of process mining tools and methodologies for identifying bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities /p /lilipFamiliarity with risk and control frameworks, governance models, and operating models in regulated or complex environments /p /lilipExperience in projects involving the review of end-to-end processes within finance, operations, procurement, compliance, or risk functions /p /lilipKnowledge of low-code / no-code and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power Automate) and their use in process transformation initiatives /p /lilipRelevant certifications in process improvement, project management, audit, or risk management /p /lilipKnowledge of advanced Data Visualization tools (Power BI, DAX, Qlik) and Data Management tools (e.g., Azure, SQL, SAS) /p /li /ulpbWhy join our team: /b /pullipAn international, cross-business network with leaders in Strategy, Risk,
