pThis is a bfully remote field-based /b role with no daily office attendance required.You will be based in b(Milan, Italy) /b and take charge of local regional client development, business visits and market expansion with necessary regional travel. /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliFull-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or with relevant industry marketing experience. /liliOverseas market resources and industry experience in the bnew energy sector /b are preferred. /liliGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluency in the local language of the target market. /liliStrong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. /li /ulpbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliResponsible for market development and expansion of the company’s products, including customer development, business communication, commercial negotiations, customer relationship maintenance, and customer file compilation, in order to achieve sales targets. /liliAssist distributors or business partners in planning market expansion strategies, and regularly summarize market and marketing activities. /liliResponsible for monitoring industry and competitor dynamics, market regulations and policies related to the products, as well as analyzing market conditions and trends. /liliBased on the company’s development goals,
think from an overall perspective and plan the company’s overseas market development strategy. /liliTake the lead in driving the full-cycle international market expansion of the company’s product portfolio, covering prospecting, business engagement and negotiations, customer management, and detailed customer file compilation, in order to achieve agreed sales targets. /liliProvide strategic recommendations on market penetration roadmaps for distributors and alliance partners, and regularly review marketing performance and field intelligence. /liliSystematically monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and evolving regulatory environments; refine the insights obtained into in-depth assessments of market conditions and forward-looking trend analysis. /liliIn line with the company’s growth objectives, conceive and articulate a comprehensive long-term strategic plan to promote the sustainable development of the company’s market presence. /liliProvide full support in creating, improving, and systematically organizing localized supporting materials, ensuring that all market-facing materials are culturally appropriate, linguistically accurate, and fully compliant with regional standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbAdditional Screening Criteria /b /pulliGood career stability; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered. /liliExperience in photovoltaic or energy storage industries, with certain customer and project resources. /li /ul
