This role combines product development, process optimization, customer consulting, and troubleshooting, working closely with commercial and RD teams to deliver innovative pasta solutions and drive customer success. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide technical support to customers during product development, trials, commissioning, and production. /liliOptimize pasta manufacturing processes for dry, fresh, and specialty pasta products. /liliLead factory trials, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements. /liliDevelop new formulations and applications in collaboration with RD and commercial teams. /liliDeliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams. /liliSupport global sales by providing technical expertise during customer visits and presentations. /liliMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products and technologies. /liliPrepare technical documentation, reports, and customer recommendations.
