Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. /p pbYour Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation /b /p pThe Mechanical Supervisor oversees daily mechanical field activities for renewable energy construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, codes, and applicable laws. This role bridges engineering design and field execution, providing technical guidance to field engineers and mechanical crews, and reporting to the Mechanical Superintendent or Project Manager. The Mechanical Supervisor coordinates with project management, subcontractors, and the engineering team to deliver high-quality mechanical installations on schedule and within budget. /p pbWhat You Will Do: /b /p ul lipSupervise and coordinate the activities of field mechanical personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. /p /li lipProvide technical support and guidance to field engineers and mechanical crews, interpreting drawings, and resolving field issues. /p /li lipMonitor daily progress, maintain accurate records, and report work status to the Mechanical Superintendent or Project Manager. /p /li lipAssist in planning and scheduling mechanical work, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. /p /li lipConduct field inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to mechanical codes and standards (e.g., OSHA). /p /li lipSupport the implementation of safety policies and procedures, partnering with the Safety department to maintain a safe work environment. /p /li lipReview and approve mechanical work performed by subcontractors and self-perform crews. /p /li lipCoordinate with the engineering team to resolve design discrepancies and optimize installation methods. /p /li lipParticipate in job start and close meetings, contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement. /p /li lipAssist in managing material and equipment needs, tracking usage and minimizing waste. /p /li lipProvide coaching, feedback, and training to field staff to promote professional development and high performance. /p /li lipCommunicate effectively with project management, suppliers,
