/liliEvaluate merchant exposure, contract risks, and hedging strategies. /liliSupport financial modeling and project valuation activities. /liliAnalyze electricity market fundamentals and renewable energy certificate/attribute markets where applicable. /li /ulpstrongStakeholder Management /strong /pulliCollaborate with project development, project finance, legal, and external advisors. /liliPresent commercial recommendations to senior management and investment committees. /liliOversee execution and ongoing management of PPAs throughout their lifecycle. /liliMonitor contractual obligations, performance requirements, and compliance milestones. /liliResolve commercial disputes and contract-related issues as required. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppEducation /pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. /li /ulpRequired Experience /pulli5-10 years of experience within the renewable energy industry. /liliAt least 3-4 years of direct experience originating, negotiating, or managing PPAs. /liliProven track record of executing renewable energy offtake agreements. /liliExperience with solar, wind, battery energy storage, or hybrid renewable projects. /liliNative Italian and fluent English /li /ul
