Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppTo strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Order Specialist. /ppThe person will support the team in activities related to the B2B portal, account onboarding, order management through different sales channels, both EU and non-EU, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe person we are looking for will: /strong /pullimanage activities related to the B2B portal; br / /lilicontribute to account onboarding on the B2B platform; br / /lilisupport the registration, management and monitoring of orders from different sales channels; br / /liliprocess requests for quotations and other documentation related to commercial transactions; br / /liliprovide customers with information regarding shipments, volumes, costs,



transport options and useful details for defining the shipping plan; br / /lilicollaborate with the Logistics team on shipment planning, taking into account volumes, payments, credit status and other operational requirements; br / /lilifollow up and monitor RMA cases, in coordination with the internal functions involved; br / /lilicollaborate with Customer Care in managing customer requests. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYou are the right fit if you have: /strong /pullia high school diploma or degree in Economics, Languages or related fields; br / /liliat least 1 yearof experience in commercial back office, customer service, sales operations, order management or similar roles; br / /lilifluent Italian,C1 level; br / /liliexcellent English, C1 level; br / /liliknowledge of a second foreign language (French or German) would be considered a plus; br / /liliexcellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; br / /liligood confidencewith digital tools, AI, management systems and operational platforms; br / /liliaccuracy, organisation and attention to detail; br / /lilithe ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhy join us?
