Aviapartner isseeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations -to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.

Part of the activities carried out by theSupervisor on Duty - Area Operations -are:
- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.

- Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department;
- It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues;
- Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance withsafetyrequirements;
-Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sickleaves, vacations requests, etc.

- Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes;

- Team Building, Team Working, and interpersonal relationship skills;

- Assertiveness, emergency management, problem solving, stress management;

- Coordination and leadership skills to ensure the required quality standards, with a professional, punctual, and correct performance;

- Human Resources coordination;

- Customer and results orientation;

- Knowledge and use of IT support;

- High school diploma/degree;

- Excellent knowledge of English;

- Well-groomed and tidy appearance, in line with the reference context;

- Driving licence (B) and car owner.
