The Network Engineer will be involved in service delivery activities related to the Italian site and will work closely with our global team to ensure the effective and continuous operation of the service, meeting agreed SLAs and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. The Network Engineer will be responsible for managing the local service from Monday to Friday and will be required to provide on-call support outside normal business hours to handle any incidents requiring immediate intervention at the customer site. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDaily Onsite Service /liliStandard Changes (AP, Switch, etc. add, move, uninstall) including configuration and handover to Operations /liliLocal troubleshooting including configuration /liliBreak Fix support /liliMajor Change support /liliLocal spare parts management /liliPerformance testing support /liliPerformance tuning and optimization support /liliEquipment Configuration Cleaning and Hardening support /liliBackup / DR testing support /liliReporting /liliEscalating unresolved issues to Central NOC /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliStrong communication and customer service skills /liliTeam working and collaborative approach /liliEager to learn /liliGood understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) /liliFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) /liliAbility to follow scripts and documented procedures /liliConfidence in troubleshooting of hardware/software /liliA minimum of experience in service delivery (6-12 months)
