This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier who combines operational excellence with a genuine passion for FB and understands how exceptional restaurants, bars and guest experiences can become a defining part of a hotel#39;s identity. /ppbr / /ppReporting to the senior leadership team, the General Manager will have overall responsibility for the hotel#39;s operation, financial performance, people and guest experience. /ppA significant part of the role will be focused on FB strategy and performance, ensuring the hotel#39;s restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining are commercially successful, operationally excellent and positioned at the highest level of the Milan luxury market. /ppbr / /ppResponsibilities /pulliLead the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional 5-star service and standards across all departments. /liliDevelop and execute the hotel#39;s commercial strategy, with particular emphasis on Food Beverage revenue, profitability and positioning. /liliDrive the performance and evolution of the hotel#39;s restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting and events. /liliWork closely with the Executive Chef and FB leadership to create compelling concepts, menus and guest experiences. /liliBuild a strong reputation for the hotel within Milan#39;s luxury hospitality,
restaurant and lifestyle scene. /liliMaximise profitability while maintaining uncompromising luxury standards. /liliLead, inspire and develop a high-performing management team and wider hotel workforce. /liliMaintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, service culture and luxury brand standards. /liliDevelop relationships with key guests, VIPs, owners, partners and influential local stakeholders. /liliOversee budgets, forecasting, PL performance, capital expenditure and operational planning. /liliIdentify new commercial opportunities and ensure the hotel remains competitive within Milan#39;s rapidly evolving luxury market. /liliEnsure compliance with all relevant Italian regulations and company policies. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pulliPrevious General Manager or Hotel Manager experience within luxury 5-star hospitality. /liliStrong operational and commercial leadership experience. /liliA demonstrable track record of delivering outstanding FB performance. /liliDeep understanding of luxury restaurants, bars, events and contemporary hospitality. /liliStrong financial and PL management skills. /liliExcellent leadership, communication and people-development abilities. /liliA sophisticated understanding of the luxury customer and international clientele. /liliStrong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset. /liliThe ability to balance the demands of hotel operations with the creativity and pace of a high-profile FB business. /liliExperience in Italy or a strong understanding of the Italian luxury hospitality market would be highly advantageous. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul
