pstrongJob duties: /strong /pulliRetail Project Management Support: Assist in monitoring the progress of retail projects, coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are in place, and help maintain project documentation to support smooth execution. /liliPayment System and Process Support: Support day-to-day payment system operations, including budget occupation updates and data entry. Help organize and maintain documentation related to expense projects, such as PO contract filing and tracking the expense settlement process. /liliBudget Execution Review Support: Contribute to the collection and initial analysis of budget usage data. Assist in preparing summary reports by client, expense type, and other dimensions to help identify discrepancies and support continuous improvement efforts.
