I'm currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team on a long-term freelance contract.

We're looking for experience in:Process engineering within a manufacturing environmentProcess start-up, industrialisation and validationFAT, SAT, OQ & PQ executionWriting and executing validation protocolsProcess improvement and manufacturing troubleshootingRoot cause analysis and corrective actionsStatistical process analysis including
Minitab, DOE, CpK, PpK & Gage R&RManufacturing; technologies such as plastics, moulding, ultrasonic welding, bonding, leak testing or vision systems
Experience within
medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment
would be highly beneficial.
