Job SummaryWe are seeking an
Automation System Engineer
to join a managed services team supporting and improving
GMP manufacturing and automation systems. The role will focus on automation system support, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system qualification, disaster recovery, and the implementation of new and upgraded automation systems.
Must-Have SkillsStrong
Automation experience within a GMP environment .Strong knowledge of
Siemens, MES, OSI-PI, and/or General Process Control .Hands-on knowledge of
PLC/SCADA, automation hardware,
and industrial networking .IT Security/Cybersecurity
experience.Experience with
IT backup and Disaster Recovery .Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Server and Windows operating systems, including
Active Directory .Basic
database administration
knowledge.Strong competency in
IT/OT infrastructure .Ability to assess the
criticality of application support issues and prioritize accordingly .Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
