For our office in Pero (MI), we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join the Supply Chain/Export Customer Service Department.Sta pensando di candidarsi per questo lavoro? Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies.Main activities:Proactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the processCommunicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processingProactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issuesEfficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information,
disputes)Establish relationship with the client in order to optimize the service levelEnsure timely launch of new product introductions at our customers and minimize write offs and returnsRecord analyse and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns, etc.) in accordance with the Customer Service Manager, the logistic and the sales teamsThe ideal candidate:Degree in the Humanities/Economics field; Excellent knowledge of English and French; Great communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of SAP is a plus; Excel knowledgeis a plus; Good interpersonal skills, team playerExcellent communication skillsAble to simplify and prioritize to make sure the most pressing issues get accomplished firstSi offre tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico.La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra €32.000 e €38.000 lordi annui, in base all'esperienza del candidato.Mensa aziendale, smart working fino ad 8 giorni al mese. xrtlpzc Coster is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
