Recruitment Solutions is supporting a long‑established, family‑owned global
leader in engineered access solutions in its continued growth.
As part of this
expansion, we are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the company's
financial governance and drive performance across its operations.
The Finance Manager plays a central role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial reporting and administrative operations at the national level.
Reporting to the EMEA Finance & Administration Director, this role oversees local accounting and finance teams, safeguards compliance with international and local standards, enhances financial performance, and supports strategic decision‑making.
Responsabilità
1.
Financial Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee general and analytical
accounting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international
standards (including Group policies and US GAAP).
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial closings.
- Coordinate interactions with
auditors and external controllers.
- Ensure full tax compliance and
timely submission of required declarations.
- Implement and enforce financial
processes, internal controls, and corporate procedures.
2.
Cash Management & Treasury
- Monitor daily cash positions
and anticipate financing requirements.
- Manage banking relationships
and optimize working capital.
- Deploy and enhance cash‑flow
forecasting tools.
- Contribute to the definition
and implementation of the local accounting strategy.
3.
Financial Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and analyze annual
budgets, forecasts, and financial projections (including Capex).
- Produce dashboards supporting
performance tracking and decision‑making.
- Deliver monthly financial
reporting to the Group.
- Conduct variance analyses and
propose corrective actions.
- Support controlling activities
for sales, operations, and projects.
4.
Administrative Management
- Oversee administrative
procedures (vehicle fleet, travel expenses, asset management).
- Coordinate onboarding support
(IT equipment, access, vehicles).
- Supervise facility management,
maintenance, and renovation activities.
- Manage contracts and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements.
Profilo
- Master's degree in Finance,
Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5?10 years of proven experience
in a similar position, ideally within an international industrial
environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting,
fiscal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills,
accuracy, organization, and leadership.
- Proficient in ERP systems and
advanced Excel.
- Professional fluency in
English.
- Detail‑oriented, structured,
and comfortable operating in a multicultural environment.
Salary Offered 60.000 -70.000 + 10% MBO
